Returns and Refunds 

All Faith Through the Fire products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections, or for change-of-mind purchases.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. After the issue is reviewed, we will arrange an eligible replacement or refund.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, color selections, and size guides before placing an order.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate the request if production has not started. Once an order has entered production, cancellation or changes may no longer be possible.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
That cancellation wording also matches Printify’s current process: orders can generally be changed while they’re still on hold, but cancellation may no longer be possible after production begins
